The Minister (天相, Tiān Xiàng — also written tianxiang) is one of the 14 main stars of Zi Wei Dou Shu: the seal-bearer — fair, service-minded, trusted with responsibility.
Its nature
Tian Xiang is the minister who holds the seal: fair, dependable and service-minded, the person others instinctively hand the keys to. It shines as the indispensable second — the one who makes power work well — and it does its finest work inside strong institutions, partnered with a decisive leader.
The shadow side
The Minister tends to define itself by being useful to others. Its classical fate is 'high position, light authority' — the trusted deputy who never quite takes the top seat; its lesson is to value its own worth apart from whoever it is currently serving.
